The interior liner is a "fully fused" EPS foam that is painstakingly steam molded to fit the inside of the box giving you long lasting durability and leak resistance. It may be the weight of and look like a foam cooler but it's not! These coolers use less ice and that ice will stay cooler for longer periods than the typical plastic or metal hard shell step cousin coolers.
