All of our products are backed by our Guaranteed to Please policy! That means, our personal "Customer Care" service goes beyond the click of the ordinary "Order" button! We are dedicated to assist you with questions about your order until it arrives safely in your hands and 60 days beyond. We also provide helpful online tips and useful information about our products. We encourage your feedback and welcome your suggestions, which helps us to improve our service and satisfy your needs.

We present our products online the way they are. "ADAMS All Natural Cedar" is exactly that...genuine, all natural cedar wood furniture, unfinished and naturally weather-resistant. We leave that choice for you to decide! (In order to provide more choices for our customers, a few product lines come prefinished or an optional finish may be offered as indicated in the item description.)
Our policy is to carry only quality cedar wood products from reputable manufacturers and skilled craftsmen who promise to stand behind their workmanship. The majority of our wood products are crafted in the USA. No imported oriental furniture products. If there's ever a problem with any item you purchased from us, we will do whatever it is we can to satisfy you.
ADAMS will gladly refund your original purchase price if you are not happy within 30 days of receipt (unless otherwise noted in product description), and as long as the product is in its original resalable condition, unused, unassembled, and with original packaging including all accompanying hardware and instructions. Custom items are not returnable but "are" still warranteed. Commercial use of product voids warranty. (Exception: See Cat/Dog House Policy Below.) Customer agrees to pay return shipping costs (including insurance) on any returned item that is simply unwanted or a product exchange. Subsequent exchanges resulting from an initial product return may be subject to a 15% restocking charge at manufacturer's discretion. Customer must contact ADAMS first for proper Return instructions. ADAMS reserves the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee on any product that does not meet our Return/Exchange Policy requirements (described herein).
Credits will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return; however, your credit card company determines when the issued credit will be reflected in your statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles.
Shipping Damage - - - -
Consumers have a right to inspect package contents when receiving delivery from handler and refusing packages if product is damaged, stating "damaged upon inspection". (Products are not shipped out from any of our craftsman with damaged, torn or excessively taped packaging.) If you receive your order in this poor condition, it was sustained in transit and fault is with the carrier. If you are not home when your order is delivered, please inspect the contents as soon as possible & immediately notify carrier and ADAMS of any damage claims within three days of receipt plus retain all original packaging for carrier inspection and/or pickup, in order to receive a timely replacement. (Supporting photos of damage can be helpful.) Customer must contact ADAMS first for proper Return instructions. If you discover a possible defect in product upon delivery which is uncharacteristic of natural wood, please report it to ADAMS within five days of receipt for restitution.
On all shipments to customers, ADAMS incurs shipping and handling costs. If your order shipment is Cancelled, Refused (excluding damage claim) or Undeliverable after shipping, we will only charge your account the outbound/turnaround shipping, handling and/or credit card processing fees when/if imposed upon ADAMS to recover our expenses. In addition, we also reserve the right to impose or waive a restocking fee upon the customer if imposed or waived upon ADAMS by the manufacturer.
ADAMS will also honor a complimentary 30 day "extension" warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on all non-food products that we sell. Please see Basic 30 Day Warranty below.

CAT and DOG HOUSES - Due to sanitary reasons and shipping expense, pet houses are not returnable. Please be sure to choose the correct size for your pet by using our guidelines. (Tip to Consider: Your dog should be able to lie down comfortably within the interior dog house floor space and fit through the door opening in width and by slightly ducking in height.)

Please note: Each individual product carries a Manufacturer Warranty which is in effect from receipt of your purchase.
The manufacturers of these fine cedar products warrants them to be free from defects in workmanship or material under normal non-commercial use for a period 30 days from date of purchase, upon which time ADAMS will extend the warranty period another 30 days at our own expense for quality assurance to our customers.
If any item or furniture component purchased from us is claimed to be defective within this time, the manufacturer will repair or replace the product or component if it is determined that the defect existed at the time of manufacture or developed under normal use.
Parts or items claimed to be defective must be returned to the factory per our instructions. Repaired or replaced products will be re-shipped to the purchaser at the expense of the manufacturer or ADAMS. This warranty is enforceable only by the original purchaser of a product purchased from us (ADAMS).
ADAMS is a Factory Authorized Dealer for the wood product lines represented on our site. We are not the manufacturer and make no claims to be.
ADAMS cannot be held liable for any special, incidental, consequential damage or bodily harm, resulting from possession, usage or loss of any of the products we sell, either directly or indirectly. The limit of our liability will not exceed the replacement price of your purchase. (We reserve the right to correct typographical errors.)
