This item ships ground transportation. UPS or FedEx will leave the box(es) where they normally leave your shipments. No signature is required. Special shipping requests can be made during checkout but we cannot guarantee that the carrier will follow those instructions.

The last email you receive from us (usually the 2nd status change email) will include your tracking number and who we sent your order with. Generally within 24 hours you can check on the carrier's website to see when they plan to deliver your order. This date can change but is generally a good estimation.

The time your order will take in shipping all depends on where you live. Most orders arrive within 1 to 5 business days after shipment.

If this item is part of a larger order, the items may be consolidated and might ship via a Long Haul Trucking company.

All items are covered for manufacturer's defects for 30 days after receipt of order and shipping damage for 5 days after receipt. Please notify our customer service asap and we will gladly assist in correcting either of these issues!
